Contest Prep

Whether you are a first time competitor or seasoned pro looking for the edge to help you win, Nathan is here to show you the way. Each program is individually designed to accommodate your schedule, lifestyle and fitness goal. All programs will include meal, training and supplement timing, water consumption, cardio programs and of course your last week, “dry out” when you come to compete.
We will also cover tanning, skin prep, contest colour application and for female competitors we will also discuss makeup prep, hair styling, shoes, suit selection colours and designs. By covering all these details come contest day you will feel confident that no stone has been left unturned.

16 WEEK CONTEST PREP

Your first initial phone consultation will take place 18 weeks prior to the contest date. Once your physique has been assessed via photos. You will receive personalized training programs, cardio program, nutrition and supplementation program. All programs will be continuously modified and tracked throughout the 16 weeks using weekly check-ins via the internet and phone, as the show approaches check-ins will become daily. (This prep is online).

1 YEAR PREP INCLUDING OFF SEASON AND CONTEST SEASON

Brilliant for competitors looking to make improvements in the off season, this plan is very detailed and personal. The plan includes weekly check-ins via the internet and phone consultations. You will receive personalized training programs, cardio program, nutrition and supplementation program. All programs will be continuously modified and tracked throughout; the training program will be changed on a monthly basis. Please also include everything in the 16 week contest prep.

ONE 2 ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION WITH NATHAN

The session is personalised for 1hour.
